White chocolate rocky road fudge
Ingredients:
– 3 packets of white choc melts or 3x block white chocolate chopped
– 1 tin condensed milk
– 2 tbs butter
– 1 tbs vanilla essence
Directions:
Melt on low for 1 hour , stirring every 15 minutes
No lid
Stir with metal spoon only
In a baking paper lined square tray, spray cooking oil cover bottom and add 2 handfuls of marshmallows, 1x handful of unsalted peanuts and 1x handful of chopped up red snakes.
Pour all fudge over the top then sprinkle over remaining marshmallows, peanuts & snakes.
Chill in fridge until firm ( usually 6 hours or so )
