Here is an amazing Slow Cooker chili recipe.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground deer
1 green pepper medium cut
1 yellow onion medium cut
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 14.5 oz cans Hunt’s Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
2 15 oz cans Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes in sauce for mild chili
1 16oz can Bush’s dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 16 oz cans Bush’s chili beans mild drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Brown meat, don’t drain, add veggies, garlic and spices. Simmer & cover as you’re getting all your can stuff ready & put in crock pot. Stir all together in crock & cook on high 6 hours or so.
This isn’t easy but not hard either. Just kind of time consuming. You can change anything to your liking. ENJOY!
