Ingredients:
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of salted butter
2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
3 eggs
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup of salted butter with 1 cup of brown sugar
Once completely mixed add 3 eggs 1 at a time. Then mix in the other ingredients.
Grease a bowl or tray that will fit inside your slow cooker, add the mix to bowl. fill the s/c with water 1/2 way up the bowl or tray an cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
The last 10 minutes or so place 1/2 cup of salted butter n brown sugar in a pan mix till you have a syrup, simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes then slowly ad 1/2 cup of thickened cream. Once the syrup /cream are combined take off the heat. Pour half of the sauce over the pudding when the pudding is ready.
