Ingredients:

2.5 kg leg
1 cup vegetable stock
3 medium carrots cut into chunks
5 small whole potatoes

Directions:

Let marinate overnight then cook on low for 10 hours flipping half way.
Seasonings/rub: 2 Tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of pepper, 1 teaspoon each of onion and garlic powder, rosemary and thyme and ground paprika.

For the gravy, reduce the remaining liquid to your liking then add a cornflour slurry to thicken to your liking.
