Crockpot Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

750g mince
1 medium onion
6 closed cup mushrooms
2 tablespoon tomato purée
1 tablespoon brown sauce
1 tablespoon red sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 beef Oxo cub
1 jar of lasagna red sauce
1 jar of lasagna white sauce
Cheddar cheese
Lasagna sheets dry

Directions:

Brown the mince, onions, mushrooms together in a frying pan then add all other ingredients apart from white sauce, cheese and lasagna sheets

Reduce till mixture is quite dry (not wet)

In a 3.5 litre slow cooker put a base layer of mince, then snap the dry sheets of lasagna to cover the mince, then spoon a layer of white sauce over the sheets and then space slices of cheddar cheese onto the white sauce

Repeat another 2 times.

Place a cloth on the top below the lid to absorb the condensation and cook for 2 hours on high then 2 hours on low.
