Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
6oz butter/marg
6oz caster sugar
3 eggs
6oz Self raising flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tin sliced pineeapple
Couple of cherries
Directions:
Place your pineapple on the bottom of your tin or whatever you choose to use, I use parchment liners in my slow cooker. Add a few cherries in the middle of the slice of pineapple.
Mix butter, caster sugar till soft then add the eggs, flour and baking powder. I also added some pineapple that was left over.
Place your mix onto of the pineapple.
Cook on high for 1 & half – 2 hours with tea towel under the lid.
