Slow Cooer Roast lamb.
Ingredients:
1 lamb leg
7 large carrota
6 large potatoes
Mixed herbs
1/4 cup of water
Directions:
Cut veg mixed in some herbs placed on bottom then sprinkled lamb with herbs and placed on top. Put the water in bottom to stop it sticking until it makes its own juices.
Cook on low for 7 hours. I like to do the last 30mins in the over to crisp up the vegie and lamb while i cook the peas and make gravy.

Roast lamb (Princes favourite)
Ingredients:
Leg of lamb
Garlic
Carrots
Potatoes
Rosemary
Stockpot
Water
Directions:
Pop potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker
Mix stockpot with water and add
Stab lamb and pop garlic cloves inside
Sprinkle lamb with rosemary and place on top of vegie
Cooked on low for 5 hours
Pop lamb and potatoes in hot oven for 25 minutes
Use stock for gravy
