Slow Cooker Savoury Mince
Ingredients:
500g beef mince
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup peas
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 cup beef stock
2 heaped tsp gravy powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 diced onion
Directions:
Break mince up in a hot pan until just barely browned, add to slow cooker with all ingredients except carrot, mushrooms and peas. Cook for 6 hours on low.
With 2 hours to go, add mushrooms and carrots. Stir through peas in the last 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed potato.
