SLOW COOKER SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
I’m no Jamie Oliver but this was bloody beautiful. Cheap and simple to make also.
Ingredients:
8 fresh pork sausages
Packet of casserole mix & 300ml cold water
2 medium white onions
Mushrooms, sliced
1 chicken stock pot
Salt, pepper and a pinch of rosemary
Directions:
Fried the sausages until outter skin turns brown. And fry the onions once sliced until soft. All bunged in the slow cooker, Then put on low for 6 hours with the occasional stirring. Served with mashed potatoes. Tasted heavenly!
