Slow Cooker Quiche boats, perfect with a salad.
Ingredients:
1 packet taco boats (8 boats)
Spring onions
200 gram Bacon
Tomato
Spinach
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
16 eggs
Instructions:
Place taco boats in lightly sprayed slow cooker. Place some spinach in bottom of boats. Add diced bacon, spring onions, tomatos. Salt/pepper to taste, i added a splash of sweet chilli sauce as well. Whisk 2 eggs per boat. Cook on high for 1.5 hours with tea towel under lid. Half hour before finish add cheese to the top of each boat. YUM.
