Slow Cooker Lamb Roast.
As it’s absolutely freezing and need something yummy and warm.
Ingredients :
1 lamb Roast
Fresh garlic cloves
And fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Cut slits into lamb
Place garlic clovers and rosemary into the slits .
Any left over garlic place on top of lamb and pull off the rosemary off the stalk and sprinkle it over the lamb.
Put it on low for 8 hours
It shall fall off the bone
I’ll be doing roast veggies with it .
