Slow Cooker Devilled Sausages
Ingredients:
8-12 sausages chopped
2 onions sliced
2 apples diced, skin on, core removed
300 ml water
1 beef stock cube
50gm tomato paste
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
3/4 cup of peas
Corn flour to thicken at the end
Instructions:
Fry onions & sausages together. Add to slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients except for peas & corn flour to SC.
Cook 4 hours on low.
Add peas in last half hour of cooking. Thicken with cornflour if you wish.
Serve on mashed potato.
