Slow Cooked Satay Beef
Ingredients:
500g chopped beef
2 onions chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced chili
3 tablespoon peanut butter
I tablespoon soy sauce
I x 400 ml can coconut milk
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup beef stock,
Instructions:
I browned the beef first ( not necessary the frying pan was there from breakfast)
Then I only used 1/2 can coconut milk
And put everything in the slow cooker on low for about 7 hours
I also added some broccoli mushrooms and chopped peanuts half way through, your choice they were there so I threw them in.
I’ll serve it with rice
I will adjust the consistency with the rest of the coconut milk as need.
