Mint Aero chocolate fudge
Ingredients:
400g milk chocolate
120g mint Aero chocolate
1 tin of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of salted butter
Instructions:
Set slow cooker on high, put all ingredients in, with lid off for one hour. Stir every ten minutes.
Roughly chop more mint Aero into chunks (I used one thin bar which was about 27g) and put half of them in the bottom of your lined square tin (I always use baking parchment to line a tin). I dropped the other half into the fudge mix and quickly poured it into the tin over the other chunks (they will start to melt but no big deal).
Then I sprinkled some more smaller pieces and leftover scraps from the chopping over the top with some green sprinkles for more colour. Left in fridge to set.
