Slow Cooker Golden syrup sponge pudding
Ingredients:
130g self raising flour
110g Sugar
110g Marge or butter
X3 eggs
Golden syrup
Method:
Mix flour, sugar, Marge and eggs in a bowl – grease any tin that will fit in slow cooker, I used a loaf tin.. for golden syrup you can use as much as you want, put golden syrup at bottom of tin – then put the mixture on top of the syrup so it covers it all – cover top of tin with foil & fill slow cooker up to half the tin with hot water. Put on high for 2.5 hours.
