I made the Garlic Parmesan Chicken pasta for dinner last night and it was amazing. My sister was over and she put herself in a food coma by forcing down seconds when she was already super full.
Ingredients:
1 bottle Parmesan Garlic Sauce 12 oz
500g boneless chicken thighs
150ml cooking cream
1 250g block of cream cheese
A handful of freshly grated parmesan cheese
A 500g bag of pasta
Directions:
Add everything to the slow cooker except the pasta, and mix well. Use the cream to get the excess sauce out of the bottle.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks & mix well with the sauce.
Cook pasta and add to the sauce. 😍
Note that I seasoned my chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, but you don’t have to at all. The sauce has tons of flavour and I won’t be bothering next time.
