Slow Cooker Creamy sweet chilli chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Bulk pack of chicken breast (1.6kg)
2x bottles of cooking cream
1x sweet chilli cream cheese block
1x packet cream cheese
Red onion
Garlic
Good splash of Sweet chilli sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Chucked all in slow cooker (didn’t sear meat first) gave it a quick mix and popped it on slow for 5hrs. Gave it a stir every 1.5 hours or so.
As I put pasta onto cook, I added a good hand full of spinach from our garden and some grated cheese.
This made an monster amount. It fed 4 of us for dinner plus 7 extra meals for the freezer.
Even fussy Master C smashed it and he hates anything “spicy”.
Creamy, cheesy deliciousness.
