Slow cooker Beef in black bean sauce
Ingredients:
600g diced beef
3 large white onions
4 peppers (different colours)
4 garlic cloves
1 & half jars of Chinese black bean sauce
Good glug of: soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hoisin sauce
4 crumbled oxo cubes
1 teaspoon mixed ground spice
Directions:
Roughly chop the onions, peppers and garlic in to chunks, put everything in slow cooker and cook on high if in more of a hurry or 6 hours on medium.
If sauce is a little runny when cooked add some cornflour mixed with water to thicken.
